| Someone sent me a file that has been zipped. How do I open it? | ||

| To open the file(s) you need a program called WinZip. If this program is not on your computer you can download it off the Internet. Go to http://www.winzip.com to download a free copy of the software program. When asked where you want to save it, save it to your desktop. Once it has been downloaded, you need to double click on the icon the download created to install it on your computer. Let the default answers remain and just click the Next button through the installation. Now you can unzip your file. Double click on the WinZip program and a "wizard" will take you throught the process. The next time you get a zipped file, you will just need to run the WinZip program to open it. | ||
