| The first thing to do is to turn the printer off, wait a couple of minutes and turn it back on. If that doesn't correct the problem, click on the Start button, then Settings, then Printers and double click on the printer you're trying to use. Click on Printer in the menu and see if the option to "Use Printer Offline" or "Work Offline" has a check beside it. If so, click on it to make the check disappear. If there are print jobs showing in the queue, click on the document to highlight it, click on Document in the menu and click Cancel Printing. Now try starrting over and trying to print your document again. If you still can't get your document printed call Computer Services or submit a workorder. |
